Appointment Policy: To ensure prompt service appointments are always desirable but walk-ins are gladly accepted. If you need to cancel an appointment we appreciate at least 24 hours notice. *Please note that a credit card is required to secure all appointments. We suggest you to arrive at least 15 min. prior to the appointments to take an advantage of all amenities.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that it may be necessary to re-schedule appointments. Please inform us 24 hours in advance if you need to either change or cancel the reservations we have held for you. In addition, please be advised that you will be charged 100% full amount of the reserved services to your credit card in the event of non-appearance.
Gratuities: Gratuities are accepted in Cash Only. If you were happy with the services provided, it is customary to give 15 - 20% gratuity to your therapists or estheticians.
